ABOUT US
3 Gems Architecture, LLC. is a full service architectural firm that focuses on custom single family homes, providing conceptual (2D and 3D) drawings to photorealistic renderings, animations and construction documents.
Aritra Rungrawee is the Principal of the firm. Aritra is originally from Thailand. She received a 5-year professional Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from Silpakorn University in Bangkok and Boston Architectural College in Massachusetts. She officially started the firm in 2015. She has applied talent and expertise in architectural design, drawings and 3D visualization at a number of architectural firms in South Florida, nationwide home builders and real estate companies.
Jeffrey Marteski, AIA, NCARB, is the Principal in charge of Architecture and partner. Jeff joined the company in 2017 to enhance a full service architectural department. Jeff is a registered Architect in Florida. He attended Auburn University in Alabama to earn a Bachelor degree in Architecture and has previously worked throughout Florida. He brings to the firm expertise in architectural design, construction documentation and administration.
